Guests smuggling pets in or smoking in your condo will forfeit there payments, asked to leave the premises and be held responsible for a cleaning fee of $350 to sanitize and deodorize the condo.
Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within the Cancellation Window will forfeit the deposit on file.
Cancellation Window:
Non-Winter: Arrival dates scheduled when the Taos Ski Valley Ski lifts are not running a 7 Day notice of cancellation is required.
Winter: Arrival dates scheduled when the Taos Ski Valley Ski Lifts are running a 30 Day notice of cancellation is required.
Note: Taos Ski Valley Central Reservations is only the Booking Agent for Snakedance Condos. Please contact the Snakedance Condos directly with any questions regarding their deposit and cancellation policies.
Written Deposit Policy
The Snakedance will charge your card the full payment anytime after your reservation has been booked.
Check In
The Snakedance front desk is open
Daily 9am-5pm.
Check-in is 3pm.
If you are arriving after hours, there are two safes in the front entry. In the top safe will be an arrival envelope. Enclosed will be instructions and card keys. Please call for the code for the safe.
Check Out
The Snakedance front desk is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Check-out is 10:30am.
Please drop keys off at front desk.
If you will be departing before 9am, please come by or call the front desk the day before to settle your account.
Pets Policy

Other Policy
Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the full reserved stay, without exception.
Children
Children 6 years old and under, at the time of check-in, stay free.
