General Policy

The Penthouse applies a taxable $45 resort fee nightly - this amount will be reflected within the taxes and fees for your room charges. Included in the resort fee is: • Complimentary valet & parking • Guest service Hausmeister on call • Ski Valet • Complimentary local transportation (subject to availability) • Saltwater pool & fitness center access • Self Service laundry

Written Cancellation Policy

Summer Season Cancellation Policy. Reservations at The Blake Penthouse with arrival dates corresponding to the dates below may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival date, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance. Arrival Dates between: • April 5, 2026 – November 19, 2026. Winter 27 Season Cancellation Policy. Reservations at The Blake Penthouse with arrival dates corresponding to the dates below may be cancelled up to 61 days prior to your arrival date for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival date, your reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable and you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance. Arrival dates between: • November 25, 2026 - April 3, 2027 Guests are required to arrive on the first night of their scheduled reservation. Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior notice to the hotel will be considered a “No-Show.” In the event of a no-show: * The guest will forfeit any paid deposit associated with the reservation. * The reservation will be cancelled in its entirety and the hotel reserves the right to release the room for resale after the first night of non-arrival. If you anticipate a delayed arrival, it is your responsibility to contact the resort on the scheduled check-in date at either 575.776.5335 or 1-800.776.1111 to avoid cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit. If you believe an exception should be made, you must contact Taos Ski Valley within 48hrs of your scheduled arrival date for an exception to be considered. Please note that not all exceptions will be approved. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept this no-show policy.

**Package Rate Policy: The full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. *Unrestricted Rate Policy: A deposit equal to the first night of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation.

Check In

We will be happy to welcome you anytime after 4pm.

Check Out

We will assist you with your departure anytime before 12:00 noon.

Pets Policy

Dogs welcome on limited floors. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friend ahead of time so we'll be ready for their arrival. There is a $25/night pet fee payable upon check out.
