Policies

General Policy
The Penthouses at The Blake at Taos Ski Valley applies a taxable $40 resort fee nightly, this amount will be reflected within the taxes and fees for your room charges.
Written Cancellation Policy
All reservations require notice of cancellation 14 days prior to reservation start date to receive a full refund. Within the 14 days reservation becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable.
Written Deposit Policy
**Package Rate Policy: The full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. *Unrestricted Rate Policy: A deposit equal to the first night of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. For reservations with an arrival date between April 11, 2023 and November 16, 2023, or April 6, 2024 and November 19, 2024, the remainder of your stay will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at that time. For reservations with an arrival date between November 17, 2023 and April 6, 2024 or November 20, 2024 and April 14, 2025, or the remainder of your stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and becomes non-refundable at that time.

Pets Policy
Dogs welcome on limited floors. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friend ahead of time so we'll be ready for their arrival. There is a $25/night pet fee payable upon check out.
