General Policy
The Blake Residences applies a taxable $40 resort fee nightly ($45 between Nov 22nd, 2024 and April 5th, 2025 & Nov 21st, 2025 & April 4th, 2026) - this amount will be reflected within the taxes and fees for your room charges. Included in the resort fee is: • Complimentary valet & parking • Guest service Hausmeister on call • Ski Valet • Complimentary local transportation (subject to availability) • Saltwater pool & fitness center access • Self Service laundry
Written Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to the first night of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. For reservations with an arrival date between April 14, 2024 and November 18, 2024, or April 7, 2025 and November 26, 2025, the remainder of your stay will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable at that time. For reservations with an arrival date between November 18, 2024 and April 7, 2025, the remainder of your stay will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable at that time.

For reservations with an arrival date between November 18, 2024 and April 7, 2025, the remainder of your stay will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable and non-modifiable at that time.

Pets Policy
Dogs welcome on limited floors. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friend ahead of time so we'll be ready for their arrival. There is a $25/night pet fee payable upon check out.
