General Policy
The Blake at Taos Ski Valley applies a taxable $35 resort fee nightly, this amount will be reflected within the taxes and fees for your room charges.
Written Cancellation Policy
***Non-Refundable Rate Policy: Non-refundable rates are considered locked in for their existing dates and are completely non-refundable and non-modifiable regardless of reason. If a non-refundable rate is requested to be cancelled or modified the amount on file will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. **Package Rate Policy: Reservations with an arrival date between April 12, 2020 and November 25, 2020, require a 7 day notice of change or cancellation in order to receive a full refund of the amount on file. Within the 7 day cancellation window the amount on file will be retained as a cancellation fee. Reservations with an arrival date between November 28, 2019 and April 12, 2020 or between the dates November 25, 2020 and April 12, 2021, require a 30 day notice of change or cancellation in order to receive a full refund of the deposit on file. Within the 30 day cancellation window the amount on file will be retained as a cancellation fee. *Unrestricted Rate Policy: Reservations with an arrival date date between April 12, 2020 and November 25, 2020, require a 7 day notice of change or cancellation in order to receive a full refund of the amount on file. Within the 7 day cancellation window the amount on file will be retained as a cancellation fee. Reservations with an arrival date between November 28, 2019 and April 12, 2020 or between the dates November 25, 2020 and April 12, 2021, require a 14 day notice of change or cancellation in order to receive a full refund of the amount on file. Within the 14 day cancellation window the amount on file will be retained as a cancellation fee.

***Non-Refundable Rate Policy: The full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. **Package Rate Policy: The full amount of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. *Unrestricted Rate Policy: A deposit equal to the first night of your stay will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. For reservations with an arrival date between April 12, 2020 and November 25, 2020, the remainder of your stay will be charged the day prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at that time. For reservations with an arrival date between November 28, 2019 and April 12, 2020 or between November 25, 2020 and April 12 2021, the remainder of your stay will be charged 14 days prior to arrival and becomes non-refundable at that time.

Pets Policy
Dogs welcome on limited floors. Please let us know if you'll be bringing your furry friend ahead of time so we'll be ready for their arrival. There is a $25/night pet fee payable upon check out.

COVID-19 Cancellation policies We understand this is an uncertain time and committing to your next vacation is more complicated than it was before the COVID-19 Pandemic. In an effort to alleviate concerns regarding cancellations caused by COVID-19 we have implemented changes to our cancellation policies as follows: COVID-19 Illness If you are required to cancel your reservation within the timeframe that we charge a cancellation fee due to COVID-19, if the reason is due to illness in the party or a status change of a party member to high-risk we would kindly request a doctor’s note in order to verify the reason for cancellation. COVID-19 Travel Ban If a travel ban is implemented that restricts travel to or from your place of origin, we will request the updated government mandate for verification. COVID-19 Spike in Taos County: If there is a considerable spike of confirm COVID-19 cases (more than 30 in less than 3 weeks) in Taos County that makes you uncomfortable to visit, you will gladly refund your deposit. COVID-19 Mandated Close: Any voluntary or mandated closure of The Blake at Taos Ski Valley, due to an increased concern for public safety, triggered by a resurgence of the COVID-19 virus will result in a refund of room rate and applicable taxes and fees for reservations affected and within the dates of said closure. No documentation is necessary and you will be notified of the closure as soon as possible.
